The more I watch Angus the more I think the Chooks have to resign him. They cannot let him go, I would release Cordner to keep him.

Massive statement , love Angus but think Cords should be allowed to retire on his terms. But I do think the time is now . Shame

Cordner's contract finishes in 2023. I doubt they would release him.
I also doubt they would force him into retirement if he feels he is not ready.
One they could release to keep Crichton is Sitili. They both finish their contracts next year.
Sitili would no doubt be after more money but it could end up one or the other. I know which one I would rather keep.

i agree with you... in a perfect world I want Sitili to stay because with the right coaching he can develop into a very very good player but if I had to choose it would be the beef patty. I can see Sitili heading off to NZ imo would be a good fit for him

Cords is a week to week proposition. One or two more head knocks and he’s gone. Angus is a ten year proposition and could be the next skipper.
