I'd like to see how he goes after a substantial break, maybe he starts pre season late and makes a late return 2021?
Keary was given a good rest when he had a similar problem, I feel like Boyd hasn't had that same opportunity.
Obviously its comes down to the Docs and Boyd himself, but it seems to have helped Keary.
On another note, its looking more and more like the season is too long, especially for players like Boyd who make finals, play rep footy, maybe tour at the end of the year, play World Club Challenge, so on. Given the speed of the game this year and 18 or so straight weeks of footy, I'm actually surprised there aren't more players in the same position as Boyd. Maybe there are but the Roosters are the only club that take it seriously?
