    Radley is miles better
I reckon Freddy (if he is the coach next year) would go Jake Trbojevic at 13 & Rads off the bench.

I don't buy into this we need centres in the centres crap was the reason for the loss. SOO is a different beast. Get yourself at least one good half, Hooker, FB and 2 real props. Then pick 12 other players that will do anything for their team and they will be competitive. It seems NSW rarely pick 17 players that would do anything for their team.

Players grow an extra leg for QLD after not necessarily dominating the NRL. Players like Walker are nothing more than NRL players and is incapable of playing any better

With Angus named in the Australian Merit team I’d say his value has risen sharply. Also given his outstanding Origin form as well I hope we have the cap space to keep him. I’d say his asking price would be up around the $700k-$750k mark now.

          At a minimum.

At present I'd say he's established himself as Australia's best edge backrower, which coupled with his youth, makes him an absolute crucial re-signing.

Personally I think he's going nowhere.

yep. he was interviewed today and he didn't say anything about re-signing but he didn't sound like he was going anywhere soon.

Hopefully doesn't do a Love Shaq on us. Remember that ranga? Did a whole 'this is why I love Easts' promo video then walked out the next week as a mid-season transfer to Parra.

Interested in how his career went from there I looked him up...

              > In 2012, Shackleton was dropped to the Wentworthville Magpies, the Eels NRL feeder team. When asked on Facebook why he was not playing first grade, he replies, because, "Kearney's a ****er."

I like listening to him, I really hope Cords is okay, saw some footage of him post training. Looked allright, losing both of them in the near future would be disastrous, if Boyd does retire, Angus has to stay.

Freddys biggest problem, as was pointed out by a journo (not sure which one though, memory is far from best this year)

He's picked far too many 1 dimensional players and far too many albeit talent players out of their natural positions.

                  J.Turbo
                  D.Finucane
                  D.Saifiti
                  P.Haas
                  I.Yeo
                  N.Brown

not a single offload in Game 3 between these boys.

Don't get me wrong, I know defence wins games...

But it's all well and good to limit teams abilities to score points so long as you still have the ability to out score them.

And if you're gonna go with centres playing outta position and hamper your back line then the middle and edge forwards need to be alot more dynamic then simply being 1 out runners or talking machines.

They need to be replaced with footwork and ballplaying forwards like Paulo was (5 off loads) and still ran for 110 Mtrs (4th highest out of the whole NSW game 3 squad)
