What’s the rush for us to get him next season? We already have our backline sorted.. I could understand if we let go j Moz and saw JS as a clear replacement for him but if it’s going to f*** us in the long run by us releasing all these players then we should wait till 2022. A year older and stronger which is also better for us... IMO

I'm annoyed too but I don't see how Suaalii has done us wrong - his management messed around with Souffs and Rugby Australia, but what has he done as player to us other than be potentially disappointing (which he hasn't done yet and probably won't be?)

The rush is that souffs dont want to play him at all next year which will mean he will come to us in 2022 without playing any football for 2 years (including rugby).

From his perspective he obviously we want to play next year for his own development and i'm sure the roosters too want to make sure he is happy as a player

Mate, he and his manager together appear to be a combination pain in the ass package. We are clearing the decks just to accomodate an untested young player/hype-train who comes with so much demands and a high price tag -plus knowing that he potentially could only be with us for a few years until he gets the itch to switch to rugby union and chase after big money $$$. Why are we chasing after this kid albeit his manager/management playing games ? So much drama and now risk losing a stalwart player such as Toops ?


THE JUICE ISN'T WORTH THE SQUEEZE IN MY PERSONAL OPINION !
