I agree, I wouldn't even pick Butcher in our top 17. Freddy selected him last year and he will be there again this year.

I agree with Teddy being a certainly - he is probably the only one at the moment. Rads is possible, Lindsay the same for QLD. I would be happy for the others, but somewhat surprised. Like Jack, though, I tend to get selfish and not want too much Rooster representation! Having said that, it didn't help us last season when Origin was not the usual interruption.

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

My mistake. Blues Day at NSWRL Headquarters is on tomorrow and Boyd will be there.
Would be good to get an update on how he is going.

Your right Kelvin about Blues day at NSWRL Headquarters being on today. After I read your post this morning I then decided to take my dog for a walk out at Sydney Olympic Park mainly because I wanted to have a look at Suaalii. Unfortuneatley I got there to early the field was set up but there was no action happening. I then saw Kyle Flannagan who I spoke to with & another bloke who I didnt recognise then as I was driving off past the NSW Headquaters I saw Freddy chatting with 2 blokes out the front. I reckon they are starting at midday.
          Freddy must rate Kyle.

I can understand that, so much media pressure.
Hope the Roosters are training him up on media interviews.
Might be best to get it over and done with so the poor kid can get on with it.

Depends on who is QLD SOO coach since Bennett wont be - If 2 Dummy Halves Friendly and Grant - Hunt would also be in the mix as well. If below is correct it is out of Paul Green and Billy Slater to coach the Cane Toad loving and Banjo Strumming Queenslanderrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrs

My son was out with them last night the SOO squad (not the whole side ..almost) Rads was in last year until injury prevailed.Rads told him he is ready for round 1 ...club may differ on opinion .
I still think Friend will be first picked if fit for Queensland.
Remembering Grant who is all class and did come on late in the game when everyone was bugged.
Im sure Friend will get his swansong .

If we keep hiding him they will just track him down. Agree train him in the PR stuff and get the mystery out of their system.

Usually NRL teams have to nominate a few players each week for media.
But, once every month it's just open door and all players have to be up for interview.

They can hide Little Joe Joe for the short term, but eventually they will track him down.
