  • 29 and 30th Players

Any news on whom maybe the 29th and 30th players for the Chooks for 2021 - 29th player needs to be named by 1st March and 30th by June 30 - 2 development spots also available.

I also noticed the Chooks have another trial other than the one vs Canberra on Feb 27 at Leichhardt Oval - 5:30pm

February 20 - Wests Tigers v Roosters: 6.30pm (AEDT) at Kirkham Oval, Camden

I think it's just young players over 18 who are allowed to train all year with the NRL team, but can't play NRL until after round 10 or June 30th?
I have also seen Volkman and Rugless two young guys training with the NRL team so maybe when the season starts they can't continue training with the NRL team?

          Unfortunately, I don't know King.

Has anyone heard more about whether the Leichhardt trial is going to or potentially be relocated?
          MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Yes Under a Development contract, players will train full-time with the NRL squad but are not permitted to make their NRL debut until after Round 10.- for players not in the top 30 or 6 development players how many times do they train a week with their team i.e Canterbury Cup and Jersey Flegg - I suppose top 30 players that will be playing lower grades must train with their side other than NRL training as well.

Lussick is the 28th player- Don't think Bailey will get another run as i would assume if he wasn't training at least with the NRL then he would not be considered- they have to March 1 to name the 29 players - If they sign or promote someone to replace Cords under the rep injury salary cap relief that player would be player number 29 - Player 30 has to be named by June 30- 2 development spots open as well.

Nothing on they net at all about who is being considered as Cords replacement

It would be between Hautapuha, Whyte and the Graham-Taufa twins. 4 into 2. I’d say the first Hautapuha and Whyte being big guys will make it
