Trouble though is the people protesting about Israel or Israeli companies such as Max Brenner for an example are never seen protesting outside the Russian Embassy over Russia's Annexation of the Crimea from Ukraine and Abkhazia and South Ossetia from Georgia.

Yep - great questions. Genocide, warlords and child soldiers in parts of Africa, slavery in Mauritania, journalists disappearing in Turkey, widespread corruption in Brazil, and the less said of some of the undemocratic practices found in sharia-inspired Arabia the better. The list of arsehole countries doing arsehole things is as long as your arm, but it’s always Israel.

I was over there for business in 2017. Awesome country full of people living their best lives. Gorgeous women and a great, liberal culture (at least in Tel Aviv where I was). Being surrounded by enemies who want to wipe you off the map has that effect.

I was out at 3am on a Thursday night and there were people everywhere having a great time. Nobody blind drunk. Arabs, Jews and Christians mingling.

I highly recommend the place.

Israel sees enemies everywhere and that's part of its' problem. When resolution 2334 was tabled in the UN by NZ it stated that Israel's settlement activity constitutes a "flagrant violation" of International Law and has "no legal validity". It demanded that Israel stop such activity and fulfill its obligations as an occupying power under the Fourth Geneva Convention. That corrupt piece of living human excrement Netanyahu, referred to it as a declaration of war even though it was largely symbolic as the resolution itself carried no sanctions.

So not even the UN can say a bad word about Israel without being attacked, imagine how it is for an ordinary person to try and criticise them. Israel firmly believe they are above the law and act accordingly.
