I believe that the Mole is correct in part. Giving away penalties compound the effect of the new 6 again rule and give added strain to an already ageing roster

My thinking is that the top teams try their best to control the tempo of the game which means giving away penalties. Slow things down & give away a penalty or 6 again & back your defense.

Last year our attack was sufficient to win the premiership, it was our defense that went missing for a 20-25 minute period in each playoff game against Panthers and Raisders and they out on 20+ points in those periods which we found hard to pull back.

I hate to bring it up but it started a week before that when we were hammered 60-8 which ended our season.
