Maybe I’m looking too much into it but annoys me he’s now the clubs MC for events. Has made many cracks over the years both privately and publicly about the club and fans.

In 2012 I was at a Wallabies function before they played Wales at the SFS and a member of the crowd said “They should do these events for Roosters games” he replied “ That would be hard with no fans” cheap laughter followed..

In 2013 CH9 had cameras at Bondi to speak to Easts fans on GF a day morning. My wife and I were there in our Easts gear yet Tim ushered us and many others away...we couldn’t understand it..later on a mate told me how he reported that “unfortunately no one down here cares about the Roosters or the GF”

I understand it’s a job but it’s hard to see him wearing the Roosters tie and pretending to care..

Agree with SG, Tim Gilbert is NOT a Roosters man. I know this from the horse’s mouth as he hosted a trivia evening for a work function. Theme of the night was to wear the jersey of the team you support and naturally I had my Roosters jersey on.

Tim Webster on the other hand - I believe he is a Roosters man.
