2 Conference system - all star game -pick your sides

Imagine if there was a 2 conference system now with the current 16 teams and you were a selector and tasked to pick a team to represent each of the Conference groups in an All Star game- who would you select -2 x 17 player squads plus co-coaches/captains- best players not players from all the sides - in your view of course- yes i couldn't think of a name for the other conference so Non Sydney Region had to do.
