So maybe we backed our culture to make him stick around. Whereas, they got all defensive and said they would keep him on their roster without giving him any footy as punishment for considering other clubs (just after we'd happily + professionally released Latrell to them). Great way to make a guy happy/loyal!

I dunno... they won on signing Latrell. We had some lucky with signing Suaalii. Why whinge about it and claim we're cheating? Both clubs have top notch coaches and rosters that other clubs would be jealous of. Last time we played, they put 60 points on us.

We'll see if this continues into the season but I'm over getting worked up about anything some phone chucking Kiwi thinks about us. Wayne's made a truck load of high profile signings and has one of the best rosters in the comp. I'm sorry if Rusty feels he's he's been wronged...

Lesson for Russ... when you sack all your juniors/reserves/troubles + medically retire a player who's fit to play in order to use all your available space to poach a dude, something's gotta give. During the next round of bidding over you might find you have less spare cash available for recruitment/retention.
