Oh, and picking up a loose ball doesn't constitute making a break as you call it.
I think Lam will surprise you as the year goes on. He can play 6,7,9 or 14. I'm super excited by Walker but nothing wrong with having talent across the squad.

Regardless of what you think or Lam, he had a much better game on Saturday night than DCE who had a shocker.

I hope he does................but I just cant see it.
At full strength , would you prefer Lam or Verrills at 14?

Good question. I think they are both strong options. I think Verrills has more potential as a long time replacement for Jake and maybe Lam slightly edges him for the utility role. Lam played a good part of the match at dummy half on Saturday after Friend went off. He looked solid. I was concerned when Butcher got in there though.

                Fair enough.
I just think that Lam isn't quite good enough to feature in our top 17.
Only my opinion, but I think Robbo will end up agreeing with me.

yes it all went to hell with friend, Keary and the other bloke off and Lam the only half left. Manly ran riot through us.
Lam did his job and did it well. he put on some wonderful kicks towards the end of game

Try and be serious and you will look stupid

Don't worry Eddie, you can't always appeal to the lowest common denominator.

You cant have 2 dominant halves commanding the ball! Keary is our man and Lam is a better runner an defender than walker so makes clear sense that thats what Robbo is after post Flanno era lol!!

Thats why there is a number 7 and a number 6 , walker is a 7 , very good at running the team but not so good at defending an running than Lam being a traditional number 6!

With Flanno last year we had 2 number 7's but no 6 because keary being the dominant 7 wearing 6, nobody was playing the number 6 style ( running and defending style half back 6)

Watching the bears game walker is a 7 , at times got found out in defence with majority of his tackles being gang tackles! In first grade watch Flanno ! He struggles to tackle 1 on 1 and for now thats why walker is a work in progress!

Players will feel more comfortable having a 6 that can make 1 on 1 tackles in a sliding defence because the way i see teams scoring is utilising the block play with fullbacks rapping around!! With Lam there player's can play with full confidence that Lam wont miss a 1 on 1 tackle an continue to slide in D an shut down those bloody block plays to the centre/wing/ fullbacks

So please guys trust Roobo because you dont have to be smart at knowing RL to know what our team need and what Robbo is trying to execute!

Just to mention Lam has played Lock,hooker,6,7 and utility! And is NRL level ready NOT WALKER

So when Walker is ready what role do you think he will play?

Because from what you are saying we can't play Walker and Keary together.

Question: Would you put Walker at Lock??? If your answer is No then you would agree with me that he is not ready when Lam is!!!
