What you and and a few others don't understand, is that the people who think Lam won't be in the halves long term most aren't bagging Lam, they just think that Sam Walker will be a better option in the halves, long term. I happen to be of that opinion too. I am also glad that the people in this thread who see things the same way, are those whose opinions I have rated highly here, for a long time. Those with the opposite view, not so much.

Well he's not a first grade standard half. He seemed to stifle the attack while at 5/8.
Dummy half for the bears appears the go.
Didn't realize how slow he is.
Besides that, I fail to see what he brings to this team. I'll be very interested to see how Walker goes for the bears this arvo.

Spare me the patronizing babble. What you and your no life mates don't understand is that plenty of us don't like you bagging players for no reason. This thread should never have been started. We all know that Walker is the FUTURE... IF he makes it. But that is no reason to bag Lam who is our best option at the moment.

Bottom line....how farkin lucky are we to have four halves in Keary, Lam, Walker and Volkman! And we did win our first game by a record margin. I'll back any of them.

blokes like walker and suaalii are freaks and it's possible that they could kill it in nrl from game 1. but it's also true that they'll be better prepared by playing in reserves for a while. i'd give them both half a season with norths but if injury requires that we play them earlier then so be it

We are not workmates ( well I'm not) and as far as us being customers, which we are as fans , are you saying that us customers are not entitled to have an opinion in a forum away from the club?
