I know Walker may not be ready even though he reckons he is. Like Thirteen said, Lam is the best option we have at the moment, but I am one wishing we still had Flanagan cause at least we could rest assure that we would get the 2 points conversions. Lets hope we see Lam step up on Sunday because he needs to give Keary some support for all the more difficult games coming up.

But I still remember seeing Flanno stepping up to take that kick from the sidelines to try and win the game against the Storm in the last minute. That took cojones!!! I was there! I would like to see Lam do something awesome!!!

The worst thing about this thread is certain Lam supporters hurling abuse instead of presenting a contrary argument.
I'm pleased to say that you're not in that catagory, but I don't understand why you seem to think that players should be immune from criticism.

I have no idea how to use it but I know there is a block option somewhere on the site. Better to block someone if you can’t be civil to one another. Also I don’t want to have to sift through the BS while coming on here to discuss/debate and argue footy.

And why say "be civil to one another" when there's only been one party being abusive.
It's funny because we both know nsk wouldn't have the guts to say those things to my face, he's only so tough behind his keyboard.
Pussies like him are all the same, and they don't bother me.

The argument is walker is better an ready but still struggles to tackle 1 on 1 which will be a weakness with fast moving block plays either to wings/centres or inside short ball to 2nd rower!! As a first grader that will be the challenge for walker , very important aspect of the game to tackle 1 on 1 an read defence
Then there's Lam a player of many positions but not a Master of 1 !! But can tackle 1 on 1
hope walker shines in defence because THAT is the only reason Lam is there!
future come round 25! Lam 14 , sam verills 9, walker 6
Lussic and Adam k extended bench

I just hope walker tackles his heart out to show Robbo he belongs in first grade because watching doggys last game flanno let in 2 trys ! 1 was a missed defensive read( gang tackle when he should've slide an make the 1 on 1 tackle on barrnett) ,the other got fended an missed the tackle and Flanno has been playing first grade over 3 years now???!
Rugby League is a simple game RUN and TACKLE!
Walker just needs to prove his defence because we all know he has the attack we want!!

I think he knew what he signed up for.
People dont pay money to watch others work for bunnings.
All first grade league players get questioned.

Speaking of Lam, I met him when he was about two years old. I was leaving the Beach Road hotel in Bondi and Adrian and his wife were outside with their two-year-old. I pointed at Lachlan and said to Adrian, “future Rooster”. I probably should have said, “future whipping boy.”

We all want whats best for our beloved Roosters, but we are bound to have different opinions.
IMO, Lam is a weakness in a very important position, and I've stated reasons for this without resorting to abuse those who disagree with me. Some people on this site are unreasonable.
Don’t change mate
