The coach rested players, obviously seeing their tiredness ...so they would be fresh for the finals.
30 players? The top 17 need to play most every game to win a title.
Our players gave their all last season in very trying circumstances.
They were obviously worn out in the finals and couldn't make it to th GF.
Oh, and our 'lethal left side' of 2018 and 2019 was no more.

You obviously didn't watch the same game i watched because what i saw was very good top line footballers falling of tacks like they were uninterested . We the fans didn't deserve that flogging but by Christ the players on the paddock did. It was unprofessional and pathetic . Rest players for the finals lol that worked . Mate we won b2b premierships and I'm rapped to support a team that can do that and to not win a 3peat was no big deal but flogged bu the Vermin like that was

In my opinion any true Rooster was badly hurt that day (or at least as much as you can be from footy). Going into that match the threepeat was still very much a reality. They flogged us, broke our hearts and ended our season and time at the top. I'm pretty calm in defeat these days but I was rattled for at least a month after that match.

I am truly still rattled , as sad as that is to admit in close to 50 years support of the club and there have been many low points that one was about the worst .Almost made me feel for the Raiders with there 6 to go thing , almost

Some on here were in raptures cause he made a break against Canberra’s reserves in the trial game. He’s not there to make up the numbers. Penrith and Melbourne have two attacking threats either side of the field in the halves. We need Lachie to pose some questions tonight.

Imagine if Lam eventually comes good and the opposition has to deal with not just Keary and Teddy but Victor and Lam too.
