I have posted this in another thread, I know Keighran is injured but I think he can partner Walker
Not all is lost, Keighran has impressed me so far and I have confidence.
Also we have Victor and Verrills to come back.
    All is not lost.
We never got thrashed today, yes Souths played very well and we dropped the ball many times in the first half but we fought our way back.
Be confident, Rooster can do it.

Agree but for now Manu 5/8 with walker and give suallii game time at centre where he is improving in the bears then back to bears when keighran partner walker and Manu back to centre!

If suallii stars at centre when Keighran come in to 5/8 and josh morris isn't hitting his straps then suallii at left centre an maybe toupo gets better chances out wide !

Who bloody knows but in Robbo we TRUST

I'd definitely go with giving the youngsters a go and giving them some valuable experience. We aren't winning a comp with Hutch in the halves he is just a journeyman and fill in and it's just wasting giving Walker and Sualli game time.
Let's make a positive out of these injuries and progress some shining lights in our ranks for future years rather than patch up the team with blokes who have no chance against the top sides at the end of the year finals.

Thoughts on Teddy spending some time at 5/8? He obviously has all the skills to be successful in that position. Move BMoz to fullback & Sualli to the wing? Hutchinson or Walker to half.

Teddy isn't used to tackling for 80minutes and i think that would take away alot of energy !! Keep him running Manu can do the job

I reckon Joseph Manu might be good at 6. He could be Jack Wighton like. Sam Walker at 7, Hutch and Lussick interchange at 9, Iku on the wing and the Morris brothers in the centres. It is not an ideal line up, but it will be okay to get us through.

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Wighton is a strong body who can defend in the halves and possesses both a kicking and running game. Manu lacks most of these traits.

Swaap Ikuvalu for Suaalii and they are the changes.

Agreed. Once his wrist's better I think that's what will happen.

Thing is, Lam will probably be back shortly after that?

According to NRL.com, Keighran is going to return in Round 7 with Lam returning in Round 9. Keighran should have two games in the halves before Lam returns from injury.

I would imagine both Keighran and Lam when they return will do so from the bench first games back.

debuting 1 teenager this weekend is enough. i can't say i'm a fan of weakening a strength , so i wpild prefer to leave manu in the centres , our 3/4 line remains in tact, it is just the halfs in disarray.

i'd play out the weekend with walker and hutch , then re assess from there. if we win , leave as is , if not depending on the performance robbo will adjust as necessary.

I'd say you are on the money Vasco.

Already have an embarrassment or riches in the halves?
                                No we don't.
Lam is probably a hooker now.
Keary, Volkman, and Walker should be our halves.
                                We must keep Volkman.

If I were Lam I'd make myself a top shelf goalkicker.
