Not a great sign that Robbo doesn't seem to be confident that Hutch and Walker will last the 80 minutes but I guess it is playing it safe
Maybe more to do with giving Lussick a rest - Hutch to DH -Manu to 5/8 - Ikuvalu to wing and B Morris to Centre

I’d assume he’s confident in Hutch and Sam but maybe he’s thinking of giving Sam an early mark if need be. 80 minutes in first grade might be tough on the kid first up. I’d say it’s been discussed with Sam and the option is there if needed.

That's true, I suppose it could be either or - whatever is needed

Lot's of mid-game shuffling but I guess Robbo has done this before and keeps the squad on their toes by training them to play multiple positions

This is really where Robbo will show his worth - great challenge

No Ben's twin brother Jesse was the Half in that GF- Both played with Newtown and then the Dogs - Both now back at the Roosters feeder Club North Sydney- Norths have a bye this week in NSW Cup.

May see a few (Volkman, Moretti, Graham-Taufa x2) being promoted to NSW Cup soon to cover injuries in higher grades - will be interesting to see how they go if called up

Brother Jesse was the halfback of that team. Ben was part of the squad but didn’t play in the GF.

Bentley-Hope is a fair player and pretty good goal kicker - not in the side yet

That was a poor loss to the Vermin in Jersey Flegg - up 12-0 at one stage - CC Roosters thumped Souffs Vermin 54-6 in Harold Matts though- Tarsha Gale Chooks 50 nil over Parra and the CC Roosters Womens side 78 - 0 over Wenty Magpies- plus of course the CC Roosters winning both the Andrew Johns and Laurie Daley comps undefeated with GF wins. -Bears beating the Vermin too - so not all doom and gloom

I doubt Ikavalu has anything to do with Manu, other than to provide a backup if one of the backs go down. I'll be shocked if Manu goes to the halves for any reason other than an injury.
