Big test tonight down in Melbourne on their own patch. Collins return is a big plus as we need him to give us some momentum early in the sets and I suspect he will start. It's going to be a much tougher night for young Walker but it's all part of a valuable learning experience that will make him a better player.
Storms left edge is deadly and I have genuine concerns with Sitilli,Walker and Manu defending together.
    Hopeful rather than confident
    Easts to win.

Better than going down and folks thinking we'll snag it. At least Sam has a couple under his belt so this will just add to his experience. Reckon he'll get go decent, even against the grubs in the Drizzle . Eat shit Bellamy cause our blokes don't lie down, hold down or play foul.

        Quietly confident.

Walker needs a bodyguard ala Tone Carroll with Darren Lockyer.

The Jennings/Smith edge side is weak and needs to be exploited.

Kerrigan to be our new Mr fix-it ala Aubbo. Will surprise those who don't know too much about him.

        Go Easts

Agree, maybe the Victor could play next to him in defence.

If Manu/Morris is on Smith/Jennings side then my bet of Roosters 1-12 and B.Morris for a double is looking juicy odds at $24.

I'm confident we will win this one, we had a down week last round and it's rare in the Robbo era that we have 2 in a row.

Kaufusi will try to dislocate either Walkers leg, wrist or head (or all of the above).

It will happen and I hope the Ref has the gumption to send offenders off.
Our players need to riot on the field, legally of course.

If we play straight from the get go we stand a chance.

                  Not bent like some eh!
My gut feeling is this....we have been shit house most of the year but have an abundance of talent that can score points ..hence our standing on the table .
this will be lets say 3rd week the newbies gelling with the side ....
They have declared they are going after Walker..good luck to them..The Inflictor now has his match fitness up ..look for a big game from him...get the body bags ready..
Then there is my main man JWH ...say no more he will take of Melbourne's Coke snorters .

My head says Melbourne my hearts always says Roosters.
I would like to see the Chooks beat Souths Melbourne & Penrith during the regular season so I know the Chooks are contenders & not pretenders. So far we have lost to Souths so tonight is pretty important. Dont give me the Rd 5 its early days, it is early days but the Chooks have to stand up tonight & beat title contenders.

If any of those scumbags try their hurtful tactics on walker or anyone else there needs to be a battle of brookie type stink. Let em know we won't stand for that shit.

                        Glad DSF ain't playing lol

I've gone Toups 2+ tries and 3+ tries.
                          Give him strength.

Let's be honest, we haven't really beaten a team of note since we won the 2019 GF. Yes we've always been in the competition but just come short.

It's time to turn that around tonight I hope.
