We blew some of potential Captains challenge as well. Nothing went our way except for last kick try

Think about players defending on their line. They have one foot on it and the rest are in front, they are on side But I get the feeling if any part of a player is in front of a kick off they consider it offside.
I agree with you though its usually viewed whether any part of the player is onside. I really think it depends on the mood of the bunker, which is ridiculous but I think true. Sometimes they look for reasons to disallow sometimes a reason to allow.

What about their first penalty kick, that should have been 6 again not a penalty, any other part of the field it would have been.

I still feel we got a better deal than the tigers who should have won yesterday, but Sutton decided thats not what he wanted and spent 10-15 mins giving then a massive leg up

Sutton hammered the tigers last night as did Cummins to Parra in the first half. Casey Badger called a forward pass that travelled two metres forward and Ben from his vantage point 10 metres in front of him overruled her and played on which eventually led to a try.
These two and Klein are so corrupt it stinks.

Knock backwards are going the way of the scrum. Vlandys wants NRL touch football, he may as well just bring in the drop ball rule and forget about knock ons !
Lol, even I'll admit this was a knock on, nice try though.

I saw a picture of Manu when the ball was kicked and he wasn't off side at all - both feet were behind the ball. I'm pretty sure the bunker said 'Manu's right foot is off side'!

            This officiating stinks!

Yeah I said no try as soon as I saw the first replay. We would be livid if that had been the Storm and it was given as a try

Here you go and this actually surprises me

                Offside
A player is offside if he has one foot (either on or off the ground) in front of a teammate who ‘last touches, is touched, held or kicked the ball’

                  Interesting, thanks for clarifying that.

I still believe he was behind the kicker. Not only that but how could the ref call it a straight no try, does anyone have a picture of where he was in relation to the kick / chase?

Both touchies are in front of Manu, so if they are level with the kicker, Manu is on side.

thanks, I've always thought the planted foot is counted

                          Let’s forget and move on.

It could be worse, imagine how the Tiger fan are feeling there were robbed, clear video evidence shows his foot touched the line and the lashing out of the boots yet video ref ignored it.

he has been given a higher charge then Rad’s yet he wasn’t sin binned.

Got nothing to do with where touchies are standing.

Also, in real time both live and on replays, Burgess lost that ball forward. Zero downward pressure. Bunker stopped looking at the replays very quickly and emphasised different angles of the freeze frame of the ball on the ground with a fingertip in contact with (but behind) the ball. To think that was awarded but Manu's wasn't is a laugh, but totally expected. No way we get given that try. Huge penalty and six again count in favour of Souffs again, plus no Latrell sin bin - how the fuk was that not worse than Radley.

Yeah I know, don't blame the refs. But I know a shit sandwich when somebody serves me one.

Could be 2014 all over again peeps.
