Roosters entering early guilty plea but disputing the charge. If successful it will only be a fine and not game suspension.
So a loophole to get him off the suspension but not lose any additional games if unsuccessful?

The Sydney Roosters have elected to enter an early guilty plea in relation to the Grade Two Careless High Tackle charge on Victor Radley, however, the Club will be disputing the grading of the charge at the NRL Judiciary.
Should the Club be successful in their appeal to downgrade the charge, Radley will receive a monetary fine of $1900 and will be available for team selection in the Roosters' Round 7 Anzac Day Cup match. If found guilty at the panel, Radley will be suspended for three matches.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday night at Rugby League Central.

If Rads gets charged it gives the go ahead for mass cheating in the NRL. If that happens Trent needs to instruct the players to take a dive every time they get tackled high, until the offender gets sin binned then return 30 seconds later. That’s what Teddy should have done but he’s too much of a sportsman to cheat.“Soon will the present day order be rolled up, and a new one spread out in its stead”- (Baha’u’llah)

On a side note, I also don’t think Hetherington’s tackle was that bad either.
So there remains the possibility that Radley might miss 3 games for his harmless reflex action - the same as Latrell's vicious and deliberate assault. Gotta love the judiciary.

Not sure about others, but I thought the MRC considered the penalty such as sin binning for an incident as part of their grading. Turns out the NRL did away with that in 2020...
“Demerit point reduction for dismissed players scrapped
The rule which gives players a one demerit point reduction for every minute of the game they miss after being sent off in a game will be removed.”
I thought this would’ve helped our case to push for a downgrade in ruling. That said, the tackle looks more theatrical thanks to Munster hitting the deck immediately. Munster does step and drop which puts Rads hit at a bad angle but surely Munsters theatrics and the Storms exploitation of the HIA rule come into the final decision.
here’s hoping! We need the inflictor!
