the judiciary might say that they'll judge the case on its merits and that the mrc judged the case on its merits but in the real world they will both a be a laughing stock if they don't down grade the charge

The Sydney Roosters have elected to enter an early guilty plea in relation to the Grade Two Careless High Tackle charge on Victor Radley, however, the Club will be disputing the grading of the charge at the NRL Judiciary.
Should the Club be successful in their appeal to downgrade the charge, Radley will receive a monetary fine of $1900 and will be available for team selection in the Roosters' Round 7 Anzac Day Cup match. If found guilty at the panel, Radley will be suspended for three matches.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday night at Rugby League Central.
Radley enters an early guilty plea - 2 weeks suspension but challenging the grade - if unsuccessful gets the maximum 3 week suspension - if a player enters an early guilty plea and is unsuccessful with down grading the charge /fine the early plea suspension /fine should be all the player receives.
If a person appeals their sentence and or fine etc - the court doesn't increase it if they are unsuccessful but the NRL can under their system .

On a side note, I also don’t think Hetherington’s tackle was that bad either.

Just hoping that with all the media attention that Radley should not have even bin sent to the bin and that Munster was milking it plays in our favour.
Trell not being sent to the bin and arguably taking the game away from the Tigers also plays in our favour.

To support the theory that Munster was in academy award mode as soon as Vics hand went near his head..
Watch the replay closely....legs together falling as if unconscious but somehow magically puts the right arm and shoulder up to prevent his head hitting the ground unprotected. Which is usually where the big damage is done with concussions. Jumps up shortly after.

Latrells on the other hand was a deliberate motion to cock his elbow yet he stayed on the field.
Pride of the league....

That could make a big difference to the outcome

I remember sitting at my sister's kitchen table in Melbourne back in 2012 with my eldest niece who is only 5 years younger than me and we were listing all the players we would politely like to see the back of. We are slowly chipping away at that list but as she pointed out, there will be more to take their places!"Those who care about you can hear you, even when you are quiet" - Steve Maraboli

I'd sought of mellowed over the past few years towards them as I don't have the energy to get riled up like I used to and I would like to think I can be an adult and detach from it all, but yes they still manage to 'wow' us time after time, and not in a good way. I remember you from the old Wall days. Hope all is well with you."Those who care about you can hear you, even when you are quiet" - Steve Maraboli
