mmm not looking good as the NRL Counsel mentioned how Radley's feet left the ground and the clenched fist
The fact that Radley’s feet left the ground after impact was evidence of his “lack of control in those circumstances”, according to McGrath.
NRL counsel Peter McGrath submits that it was “plain to see that player Radley was wrong-footed” by Munster and then carelessly “threw out” his left arm into the Storm star’s head.
He points to a photo that shows Radley contacting Munster’s head with “what appears to be a clenched fist”, though he does not suggest it was a swinging arm.
McLeod: "Only thing he got wrong at speed was putting his arm out when he was off balance. That's where his wrongdoing starts and ends."
McGrath now showing Latrell Mitchell on Luke Garner [Souths v Tigers, Round 9 2020]. He says again the contact is different to the Radley tackle in that Mitchell's is more of a collar grab and he first make contact with Garner's shoulder while Radley hits Munster flush on the nose.
Radley's representative James McLeod argued Radley is "grabbing" at Munster. The left arm stuck out is accepted as careless, but it comes off Munster and Radley loses balance. He claims the force "was low".
Two grade-one careless high tackles from last year - one by Raiders winger Jordan Rapana and the other by Rabbitohs fullback Latrell Mitchell - are being used as comparable examples to Radley’s offence.
NRL counsel Peter McGrath says that Rapana’s tackle on Eels prop Daniel Alvaro wasn’t as bad as Radley’s because of the degree of force and the initial point of contact was with the shoulder.
“It was certainly high but hasn’t come with the distance or the acceleration [like Radley],” McGrath says. Mitchell’s tackle on Wests Tigers forward Luke Garner, meanwhile, had also an initial impact with the shoulder in McGrath’s view.

"Munster was interchanged and returned to the field within a minute, so McGrath says there is “no suggestion of any injury actually being caused”, but he contends there was a significant risk."

Muster should be suspended for lying down. His punishment should be a month playing A-League.
I love league cause players pretend not to be hurt (well at least I thought that was the case) while in soccer they pretend to be hurt.

Of course Radley was wrong footed and flung his arm out in a reflex motion, everyone can see that.
Glancing blow, no intent, no force...no injury to the player.
Penalty sufficient...but on no, not in the new world NRL order that inhabits the earth today.
