Bugger me, I thought Baker would be big for us in this one. Well it will just make a win even sweeter it would be a win for the ages. Coaches just have to get the boys to BELIEVE. Hope they can put the negatives aside.

Just thinking - props would be Liu/SST/JWH/DSF so 2 on the bench - 2 other bench spots to fill from Keighran /E Butcher / Hau Tapuha/ Whyte - not sure they would Risk Lam being first game back or Suaalii - 2 to drop out of the 21

E Butcher wasn’t named for the bears and looked to be kept as 18th man - I would say he would get his shot after being close to a debut for most rounds this year

Following an injury sustained during today’s Captain’s Run, Fletcher Baker has been ruled out of the Sydney Roosters 21-man squad.

Consequently, the Roosters have been granted an exemption by the NRL to replace him with Tuku Hau Tapuha. Hau Tapuha joins the squad in jersey number 24.

Lachlan Lam and Naufahu Whyte have been omitted from Trent Robinson's side, while Egan Butcher and Joseph Suaalii have been retained on the extended bench.
