And if you throw in Lam and Hutch for the 14 then it creates a big head ache.
    I can't split them.
Keighran could be in the mix too. I was celebrating our depth in the halves/dummy halves before the season started but then we got injury after injury. There is a lot of talent in the squad.

Six Origin players out for the season (five and a half if Boyd comes back). No side apart from ours could even be competitive with that many origin players out. Hell, most sides don't have that many origin players.

Now the news that Verrills is out, hoping to return in Round 14. One of our few lights at the end of the tunnel was his return finally and now he is gone again.

The joy of having our four props available to pummel opposition forwards lasted one week.

Can we just start next season now?

            This is some painful shit.
You're not waving the white flag again are JT ?? A long way to go in this season yet . We beat the Eels on Friday and I think we could be second on the ladder . Yes the injuries we have had are bloody unbelievable. Have faith , we are still in this with a good shot !

May get an NRL one at the Chooks as Teams usually have 3 Dummy Halves on the Books- all depends on what they consider Lam and Keighran as i suppose- be somewhat of a pity if he is relegated back to the Bears if they do sign PJP who should have to earn his spot I feel.

Exactly. He is an All Black for goodness sake. That is significant and cannot be discounted.

                  MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Definitely. While I don't think we can win it (at this stage), who knows what can happen. Injuries to other teams can change the landscape completely. We have to back Robbo and the fine coaching personnel we have at our club. Keep the faith. It should be a fun and exciting season ahead, with no or little expectation on us. There is plenty of upside occurring - we are building depth and experience for the future, which is looking very bright.

Not sure where you are going with this. You can start a poll and I'd be surprised if you don't get 100% voting with Sam.

I was just alluding to the fact that Cleary, on form, is supposed to be the premier half in the competition- everyone is always talking him up
Add to that he is the incumbent half for NSW in the Origin side.
Add to that that he is the media darling , and heads the Dally M score.

Yet in a poll among us chookpenners, nobody would rate him anywhere near our own Sam Walker.
Does that seem a bit strange to you - Hmmmmmm.....????
                      Cleary wayyyyy overrated ?????.

On another note, Storm lead the bunnies 24 - zip at the moment.
My prediction that the Bunnies premiership threat would fall apart by mid - season , is coming to fruition.

Last game he ran more as well, and looked quite quick
