Wow, didn't take long for you guys to turn on someone who's been at your club for 20 years.

It's pretty naive to think he wouldn't be planning for next year. Robbo actually came out and said he knows he'll be doing that. I dare say Robbo would be dissapointed if he wasn't putting everything into his first stint at being a HC.

No one should be thinking he'd be putting any less effort or time into the Roosters this year. He does the Sharks stuff after hours and probably when he's driving the 2 hours he does daily. And you honestly don't think he would have told Robbo and co he was having that presser during the day. Of course he did.

As a Sharks fan I was impressed by what I heard, speaks really well. Shame the media kept interrupting him with their typical dirtbag questions.

Of course he is planning for next year and so he should be , it would be with Nick and Robbos blessing to .But gauantee untill he takes over as coach then his loyalty remains with us

And in plenty of industries that is the case - but in case you haven’t noticed rugby league and all sports it’s not is it. Don’t try to draw analogies between the steel industry and Fitzy and the roosters just because you went off half cocked and said something stupid. By doing so you don’t just look like you said something stupid / instead you just look stupid.

i dont think fitzy will ever truly be a shark, but i have no doubt his eyes and brain, are looking toward 2022. i just feel in that case , best to cut ties now, thanks for your service, well see you when you return , may even help fitzy for next year, clear of rooster committments.

As a court interpreter I have heard barristers say a word 10 different ways but I can swear on a stack of bibles and Korans that I have never heard “ concomitant” ever being used.

Zero chance he returns in 2 years, I understand there's a good chance we'll extend him beyond the 3 years pretty early on. They're taking a long game approach with Fitz, not looking for a quick fix like alot of clubs. He's also off the same mindset too. He's there to be a long term coach at the club.
