He threw the ball back as far as he could, Toops wasn't there, I couldn't see if there was a reason for that. Tough debut for the kid but didn't shirk anything. He will be great.

That’s the exciting thing. He’s freaking 17. Wait till he’s 22-23. I hope we can keep him here.

I didn't see him monster anyone tonight. In fact he looked well out of his depth.

Tell me how he looked out of his depth. Tell me what tackles he missed, what balls he dropped, what errors he made. or are your posts just garbage ?

kept making almost breaks, only stopped by the last man holding on to his ankle. wouldve set up a try at the end if tupou was awake.

For a 17yr old he looks more than physically ready, didn’t get many opportunities tonight to show off what he’s got but at the same time didn’t get found out at all either. Good solid debut, hopefully gets a few more games when Teddy is off playing Origin.

Made a massive 7 tackles and missed three. Never looked dangerous with the ball. His kick chase was rather poor as well.

Rubbish. No dropped balls, no errors, looked dangerous every time he had the ball, Some very good tackles and hit ups, worked hard. yet you said he never turned up. What were the tackles he missed? Get off the stupid pills.... they have worked, but you don't need them. Dumb enough already.

didn't look out of place and will be better for the run. will be a real handful when he fills out. if iku wasn't playing so well i'd have been happy to have him starting every week

That was a very costly error from Toops he would have had a clear run to the line, I couldn't understand why he wasn't up with the play.
Ikuvalu grabbing the ball over the deadball line was a brain explosion as well, not a great night for our wingers.

Crowe, is that you? What an embarrassing comment from a supposed Rooster supporter about a 17 year old. 11 runs for 110+ metres, 4 linebreaks and what should have been a try assist had there been support. “Biggest failure of a debut”. I simply laugh at the complete stupidity this comment poses. He was one of the better players in a side that had several senior players lose the plot. You probably also bagged Tedesco and Cronk in 2018 and still think Robinson is overrated as a coach. They should have an automatic ban button for people like you who don’t even put up an argument or explanation, and simply just bag a 17 year old because you feel like it

as a player making his debut it was fair, nothing exception but fair. He took conservative options (except for that reckless toss backwards to noone) .
As far as a 17 year old wanting an exemption to play NRL, he showed nothing that could have waited until he was 18
