Robbo is huge on culture and the roosters way and it is obvious it flows through everyone at the club, it bemuses me that he doesn't get recognised for his coaching and man management ability by other supporters and they think he would be nothing without our lineup of players.
He improves players when they join our club which is a dead giveaway to a coaches ability.
