They were pretty close on NRL 360. I can't remember who it was but they said Bateman was inflaming the situation to try and get Williams to join him at Wigan. It will be interesting to see if Williams ends up there.

Correct but what I am saying is that homesickness isn’t the only reason here.

I said from the start of the season that there was trouble at the Faiders and they would more than likely miss the 8.

I was only fantasising that with our current halves predicament that he could come in handy in the interim.

I will give Ricky one thing. As much as he should not hang around too long, he leaves some structure in the club and doesn't leave a monstrosity of a mess that Bennett does.

I challenge anyone to show me one of his "exclusives" that had ever come to fruition. His strike rate would be lower me hitting a green in regulation which is about one every 10 rounds ffs.
