The dude is still out having threesomes. Andrew Johns anyone? I firmly believe a man who participates in a threesome with a another man and a woman is gay or at the very least bi-sexual. In only have ever participated in threesomes with women. What De Belin and Sinclair took part in was a homosexual act in my books.

I'm not convinced you have an understanding of the Australian criminal justice system.
I do know he is not legally innocent or guilty but again as the jury didn't find him innocent or guilty then in mine and I would expect some others he may not be . As said all that happened in this case is the jury failed to reach a verdict
No one is ever found innocent. You may be found guilty or not guilty
In France your guilty until proven innocent.
De Belin was found not guilty on 1 of the 6 charges -The other 5 the jury could not arrive at a unanimous decision - only under exceptional cases can there be a third trial so the DPP had no alternative but to drop the charges.
I suppose one will never know the number of jurors who thought he was guilty or innocent on the other 5 charges.

He was found to be neither. The Jury failed to reach a verdict and after two cases the charges where dropped . Absolutely nothing to do with guilt or innocence
