Roosters squad 2022

I'd like to see us pick up a bigger middle forward. At present, we have JWH, Collins and TKO. I dare say JWH will retire in the next few years and we could do with a young gun. Someone like Haas or Tino.

Otherwise, a gun center, like Staggs or Best.

I think we need a backup lock that can ball play like Rads as with the current rules he will certainly miss a few weeks a year.

Liu, Butch and TKO are great middles but don't have the same impact.

I would be looking at someone like billy magoulias from the sharks

The Roosters are better than that they breed them not buy them: Fark Stagg & Best, I prefer Suaalii & Smith.
I think Fifita & Baker are plenty good enough.

There's a few handy ones behind them also.

I haven't given up hope that Butcher can be this type of player. He certainly was in the U20s, which is what got him in first grade.

Mickie Lane has more chance of an orgy with the Victoria Secret models than Liu does of not being in the 17. To put Baker ahead of him is ridiculous.

I'd be happy for you to have Billy but only because it would mean he's not at the Sharks and it'll make the Roosters worse.

He's not a first grader.

Also he's been known to not take critique from the general public very well.

True, we have some talent coming through, especially in the centres.

But JWH isnt just a big middle forward. He's been the dominant middle forward for as long as he's been playing. I'm sure he scares other players. Players like this are hard to find. I'd say Fisher-Harris, David Fafita 5 years ago, Welch, these are the sorts of players that have that talent. I believe that Haas and Tino may be that breed of player, if put in the right system and if JWH could lead them for a season or two.
