Shame he gets bagged so much on here because we think we can have Bmozzes, Toups and Fergos in our reserve grade team just waiting to be called up. He plays his best whenever he puts on the colours and gives us more value than what he would be being paid.
The bit of muscle he has put on has helped him as well.
Congrats to the boys....a wins a win. No territory or possession which would have killed a lesser club.
We had a bit part team remember so cut some slack if we didn't look as smooth as sometimes.
Great knock by JWH, Keighran good until moved to right hand edge in defence second half. Again thats our leaky side. Lammy and Sammy had their clincher moments. Well done lads.
What a magnificent backs to the wall victory with the leg ups provided by Cummins and I'd like to get a concession from Mickie Lane after that performance that certain refs don't have it in for us.
JWH was man of the match for mine and reiterated what a great defensive prop he is by saving those tries that he is the best defensive front rower since Lazarus.
Joey Manu was brilliant from the custodian position and Sam Walker showed what a special talent he is by icing the game.
Joseph Suaallii was fantastic in defence and some of his tackles on a beast like Fifita proved that he has to be in the starting line up, Robbo we can't put baby back in the corner he's just too good not to play NRL.
Fletcher Baker continued to impress up front, great win and next week we see where we stand against the competitions front runners.

Ben Cummins ALMOST ruined my long weekend.
There needs to be an investigation into Cummins. Such a tossa
Into the NRL itself - why roosters teams are the most penalised, most sin binned, most suspended, conceding the most sin bins and gaining the least sin bins and penalties in the competition. Our players were suspended and missed Origin selection. But other teams can attack our head and no sin bin.
Results look engineered to me by the ref and bunker to provide a ‘good spectacle’, like with the wrestling. Sensationalism that grabs viewers attention. I think the NRL now is just another rigged form of entertainment to gain more $$$ from sponsors. It’s a ‘product’ and refs have the responsibility of getting good ratings for each game so they do their best to keep it sensational.

You're not a Roosters fan if you don't feel proud after today's effort.
12 players missing, miraculous show of courage, talent and effort.
It was champaign footy. Second time young Walker's pulled a win out of his hat too!
I'll rant and rave about match fixing but using my logical brain for a minute... bad luck and bad choices can change the momentum very drastically.
Titans did well to get back in it. We did even better to come back and show 'em who's boss. There were some really solid reads out there and big moments where we prevented the Titans from getting up on us early on. We did a superb job of keeping Fifita at bay.
A few '50:50' calls from the ref went against us. We did well to keep our heads screwed on and not let it hurt our game/attitude.
we did well to win it in the end. not bagging mitchell pearce but he took years before he bagged his first match winning fg. sammy's 1 from 1. and what a great finish from iku.
obviously for a period there it wasn't one of our best performances
dumb - when we're up by 8 but down to 12 men with only a min to go until you get back to 13 don't go for miracle passes in your own half on the second tackle
dumber - trainers shouldn't offer drinks to players when a quick penalty re-start is an option, esp if the players are inside the 10
dumbest - there's a diff between pressuring the kicker and hitting him in the head with no chance of stopping the kick
As horrible a match as that was, I’m grateful for it to go down to the wire so Sam got the opportunity to seize victory for the team. Would’ve done heaps for his confidence and his development. Good on you Sammy! That was clutch AF!!!
