IMO getting kicked outta business class before a plane's even taken off because you're being too loud (when you're not even paying and everybody else has put $$$ on the table) has much greater implications than 'laughing aloud in public'.Last edited by ism22; 06-20-2021, 12:00 PM.

Mrs BB just read some of it out aloud.
It states:
Para: "While we're not in the business of making excuses for the bad behaviour of footy players, it seems airline staff could've overreacted in kicking Victor Radley off the plane.
A high-powered bank executive, sitting 3 seats away has contacted us saying that while Victor's mates were a little rowdy, Victor's only crime was laughing loudly.
The bank executive has offered to provide a letter to that effect."
Game over, airline should be looking at an apology, and Victor's extra 2 week ban should be cancelled.
May or may not be true, who knows.
So one person has come out and said it's an over reaction, this bank executive may be a diehard roosters supporter and like most on here are trying to say that could never happen with a team I support.
Pretty sure if it was a Souths player those same people would be still saying guilty and no one else has come out supporting the players version of the story.
I hope it is an over reaction and he wasn't a d1ckhead but he does seem to be getting a big head and needs a change of attitude. Isn't the first or last rooster to act like a idiot in public, Fredy and Cords both got in the media for the wrong reasons before pulling there heads in and going on to be club greats and no reason he can't as well, just needs a change of attitude.

If we wanna be the best team in the comp, we can't behave like what Brisbane's been able to get away with since forever. We've gotta set the bar high and make no excuses for anybody.

The blokes 23 and had a few too many with some rowdy mates it's not the crime of the century.
Robbos pulled him up publicly and in private he'll be ok, some of the reactions to this are over the top.

Laughing aloud...as passengers are boarding...guess he wasn't kicked off mid flight...is acceptable....not a crime.
Was the fare refunded?
Why weren't all the passengers wearing masks?
All the extra 2 match ban does is punish us, the fans.
Should fine him instead, give the money to charity.
I want our best team to take the field every game...not have our top players suspended for laughing aloud.Last edited by bondi.boy; 06-20-2021, 01:40 PM.

If this would be a Souffs player yes we would be saying his guilty purely on the fact we dislike south’s, nothing wrong with that and the fact that it was Radley, he has been criticised by most in here BUT if there is evidence that exonerates him then why wouldn’t be supporting that? I’m sure that Souffs fans in the borrow wouldn’t be giving Radley the benefit of the doubt, much like you are here.

Originally there was an article somewhere suggesting NRL would be suspending him for another 2 weeks, like they did for the pub incident earlier this year.
