Just wonder if Cleary will be a bit tentative carrying the facial injury he has, when he was interviewed two days ago he still had a blood spot in his eye ball, he wont want to be hit around the head so hopefully he might go into a bit of a shell.

Maybe if we had someone like Arrow who could 'accidentally' knee someone in the head (Arthers from the Broncos) and concuss him bad enough that he couldn't return to the game.

Now this is what gets me...I thought the NRL said there were no things like accidents when it came to head contact so when CHN from the raiders flies onto Hetheringtons (broncos) shoulder, he gets sent off but then the MRC judge it only as a fine, meanwhile Arrow last night knees a broncos head and nothing!!!

Don’t know if I’ll even watch this one as it will be Roosters C grade vs Riff vs ref+bunker and to me that = imminent slaughter. I just hope it’s not too much over 30 points. But facts are we haven’t beaten a top contender this year and riff are the best of best. Even our own commentary seems to be conceding defeat before a ball has been kicked. It’s a slaughter whichever way one looks at it.

Certainly a tough gig tonite. I hate westerlies because they usually bring a weird energy so hopefully that works on the riff rather than us as we certainly deserve some luck and a fair go.

We lost to the Broncos because of double standard refereeing that saw radley in the bin for a quarter of the game plus other stuff like forward pass tries. Also I believe we were too emotional about friend and thought we'd get a fair go from the refs.

Dosent matter how crap a team is, if you give them that much possession it is hard to win against, the titans are deplorable and we nearly lost.

I hope the boys give it to Penrith tonight, but the favourites are coming off a couple of losses, and I'm sure they will be sooooo disciplined tonight it will be a tough ask.

I'll be cheering on the chooks regardless. Screw the riff.

Teddy was in capt run vision so expect him to play. Id say its Suaalii in centres and Joey to 6, Keighran to 9. My guess anyway.

The original comment was that Cleary might be tentative about opening the gash that he got on the SOO game and my response was maybe if we had someone like Arrow who would knee Cleary in the head, accidentally of course, then maybe Nathan might have something to worry about.
