Yet we haven’t signed any new players for next year??

Surely the Club has some big fish in their sights, that extra money can’t be all going to upgrades?

It must be a good feeling for him right now even though he probably wanted to stay. Spent his prime living in the Eastern Suburbs playing for the best club in the league. Going home with 2 Premiership Rings and now cashing in, good luck to him in the future

Back up hookers like Kenny are a bit limited these days - with the new rules and HIA you really want a utility on the bench that can cover hooker, halves and backs if possible. Of course you need another hooker (or two) in the squad but you may need to rely on young prospects to cover injury from within as you don’t want to over spend on someone external to be limited

Well I think Thirteen said on here they gave him 1.8 mil for 3 years. Honestly he isn't worth that much, but really glad he got paid well as he deserves a good final contract

Without a decent dummy halves you cant win games. We had friend / verrills.

When we have lussick, marshke, hutch as our hooker we offer nothing in attack and we put too much pressure on our halves.

Parra - mahoney
Riff - api / kenny

Thats why you need a Verrills / Cheese combo.
