I would be happy with that as an interim step, it would be a massive improvement on the clown smith. I know the players would be happy with that as well.

Sadly it would take 5mins before everyone wanted him sent to Siberia.

We have a poorer record with coaching turnover than we do with player development and that's saying something.

IMO we've made our bed, we have to lie in it. Let Smiff finish his contract and have his replacement ready to roll, and make it someone we can let build a side.

TBH as a coach our job would be the least desirable of all basically.
