Losers on the coaching staff

Sadly it would take 5mins before everyone wanted him sent to Siberia.

We have a poorer record with coaching turnover than we do with player development and that's saying something.

IMO we've made our bed, we have to lie in it. Let Smiff finish his contract and have his replacement ready to roll, and make it someone we can let build a side.

TBH as a coach our job would be the least desirable of all basically.

This is a coach who does not coach with a game plan as admitted by Daniel Mortimer... there can only be one result with that situation and shows why each week we have no attacking moves and the players panic in the opposition 20.. Things will not improve..

We are behind the 8 ball already granted but IMO I see no point in sacking another coach cos a few fans have been whipped into a frenzy.

It's been part of the problem, for too long IMO, lack of stability and reacting to the media and tantys, in both the coaching and playing ranks.

Like with Bwaiff I'm no fan of Smiffs, but I'm trying to look at the overall picture here. The squad we have, the players we lost from last year and who we have or will hopefully sign for next season.

I also don't expect anymore than we've offered so far so I guess I've braced myself for this.

I love this club as much as all of youse, I just refuse to react to the hysteria. I think my way others think their way. It's all good, except on the field.

I know our 1, 6 and 9 don't fit these answers. And I know he ain't the best attacking 1/2 in the comp. But he's the ONLY player in our team that performs these tasks regularly, sadly. And we are the ONLY team in the comp with one point of attack.

When has he looked his best???

When we had a mentally healthy Carntey in 2010 and in the trials and rnd 1 with Mortein to share the attacking duties with.

No wonder Slaters scored more tries than us all year.

And to be fair to Pearce he's tried to run more this season which is the part of his game we've all been most critical of. I see a bloke busting his arse but limited by his lack of ability and lack of quality options.

Fred one day you may even sponsor yourself, so you can get teh goss straight up and not through your mate or relo who is sponsoring and hears stuff that shouldnt be repeated on a forum, hence why you cant say anything or else youll get them in trouble.
