Did anything happen with Radleys drunken in flight problems? I haven't heard of any outcome since witness showed up, nor of any penalty from the NRL...

Headgear is good...seems to stop head cuts.
Im no fan of turning Victor the Inflictor into Victor the Tickler. Its very obvious the NRL has toned down the crazy stance on sin binning every tackle that ends up a little high. Radley wasnt a cheap shot head high tackling merchant in 2018 or 2019. Just let him play his game. Trying to turn him into a solid defender is only good for the ball carrier

Victor the Inflictor should stop with his 'hitman" image and adopt a tackling style like Raper and Coote, wear headgear if necessary.
I fear anything else will see him hit someone high and be binned and suspended again.
He needs to stop being an 'angry' tackler, and from now on become a 'calm' tackler... cool, calm, measured, effective tackler.

Geez Louise!
You can no longer hit people in the head.
Anything above the shoulder is the head.
If you aim for the ball/chest and bounce up off the ball and make contact with the head it's off to bin and on report for you...see you in a few weeks, maybe next March.
it was a great tackle then and still is now.
Robbo is 100% right louise
The bullies will run riot if they can't be put in there place. Not many players could do that to tpj, thank God we have someone in our side who can.Last edited by Bondicigar; 07-09-2021, 08:18 AM.

Radley’s importance to our team has been highlighted both last season and this season - without him, we tend to struggle both offensively and defensively.
If (and that’s a big if) we can stay injury and suspension free from this point forward, then I cannot see why we cannot make the top 4.
And as we know in the finals, anything can happen!
Keep the faith Rooster’s fans!!

Staff were like 'oi Victor... are you happy to move your flight until tomorrow morning so that you can sober up? These guys are complaining about the noise'. He said 'no worries', left without a fuss and was suspended for 2 games as a result.
Inflictor's back now. IMO we can all put this behind us and move on.

It was interesting to hear Robbo come out and tell him to grow up - publicly.
I havent heard that from Robbo before, so i can just imagine what was said behind closed doors.
But it sends a clear message, Robbo sees Rads as a an elite player and more importantly, a Roosters leader.
Robbos managed to get the best out of Teddy, he's a million $ player thats actually worth a million bucks. I can see that Robbo pushes Manu in the same way, he's always asking for Manu to go after that 10 out of 10 game, not just his usual 7-8 out of 10.
I can see Robbo wants the same from Rads. Hes not just a battering ram, hes actually our 3rd / 4th ball player. Robbo would want 10 out of 10 games from Rads, but in a different way to Manu.
