    Shaun Kenny-foul
ROOSTERS star Shaun Kenny-dowall and Sharks utility Wade Graham have not been banned from the Coogee Bay Hotel, as reported elsewhere last week. Kenny-dowall was involved in a fight with another man after both were ejected from the premises three weeks ago. Police arrived and arrested the other man, but allowed Kenny-dowall to go. He has been reminded of his responsibilities by CEO Steve Noyce, who investigated the incident with hotel management. His current injury, a lacerated kidney, was suffered in a training mishap and is not related to the fight. He was accidently kneed in the back at training.

    Baaah!

A I've said before...training needs to be changed.

Accidentally kneed in the back at training, ...ridiculous.

Nah, I was a victory celebration baby! as Japan was left glowing in the dark.

Kneed in the back accidents?... star players out for 'the season'?

The only people he shuts up are opposition players because they are laughing so hard they can't say anything.

Souths should not be given an inch, ...Carney must start the game, for his defence, we can't get behind on the scoreboard.
For his defence? Obviously you didn't see the Tigers trial. He was woeful.

And he knew he had a shocker, too.
Sat by himself, on the bench, trying to deal with it. The guy tried hard but it was obviously one of those days where it all turns to crud.
By all accounts his game on the weekend was a lot better.

I agree that he is a tower of strength in defence and definitely my pick if we want to squash the life out of the bunnies.

Do you also know he is the fastest in the club? He is like lightening.

If his game on the weekend was a lot better as you suggest, then it probably is due to 1 reason - it was with the jets in reserve grade, a grade which he belongs in.

Carney a proven first grader - with which Club? Certainly not the Roosters! From memory he played nearly as many games for the Jets last season.

Moga is a much better option than Carney in the centres. And Aubs can play on the other side short term until we find out what's happening with SKD. If not Aubs, then Tommy Symonds. Anyone but JC!!

Yep one trial game on the wing > all he has proven in First Grade at centre

Once again coming up with the classics Pendulum.

I also don't think it's fair to use one trial game where he played out of position as justification for a stance that he can't defend.

And, believe it or not, his hands should be even better this season because he had lasic surgery in the offseason and can actually see the ball now.

Carney sure does have some people on here wound up.
At the end of the day the only person Carney has to impress is Smith. I can tell you now Smith rated Carney our best centre last year.

Alot of people didnt rate SKD before 2010 then suddenly after having a blinder of a season gets named every week in nearly everyones team.

That was only 'pretend' footy...second team started, first team on after 20 minutes, hot day, carnival atmosphere, why play too hard and risk injury.

I saw his defence last year.
He's not the world's best centre, but he's good enough to hold his own.
Wind him up, he's also hard to tackle.
