Based on our form you have every right to be worried.

Ikuvalu must have made copies of those pics too!

I would rather Billy Smith in for Iku.

Last week we were against the last team in the comp coming off a 66-0 drubbing. We shouldn’t have been worried about goal kicking. This week we’re going against a close to top 8 team who almost beat us when we were in decent form. Now we’ve appeared to have lost all confidence and can’t risk a loss to a possible top 8 contender

Why would you pick Morris at center he has been poor the last few games, Billy smith scored in his first run back and looked pretty good to me, Morris needs to start having a dig maybe Jared giving him a mouthful the other night might might help him out cause he looks disinterested in what's going on in the backline to me.

I think he's lost the motivation he had when Brett was playing. That's a big reason why he came to the club.

Could be, but he was never really close to Bretts level during his time here, we would always say the Morris twins are great, but I think BMOZ was 75% of that saying.

Hope Walker finds his 9 iron. The sand wedge is struggling to make the distance.

I don’t think the wet weather helped his cause with the distance, will be interesting to see how he strikes them in sunny QLD

Why is Fumbles Ikuvalu continually selected in first grade?
His errors,,knock ons, dropped balls, defensive stuff ups, blunders and mistakes continually put the team under pressure

recall the 2020 game against Souths...the 60-8 thrashing....Ikuvalu let in 5 tries down the right side
recall the loss this year at the SCG against the lowly Broncos...he had a shocker
recall his game against Penrith.....numerous fumbles
even his game last week against the Dogs...2 major errors....and Canterbury scored tries straight after

while Ikuvalu can score a spectacular try now and again...overall he is a weak link.....and all NRL coaches have worked this out

Easts cannot progress with Ikuvalu in the team,,,,,Billy Smith or Joseph Suaalii are much better long term options

Couldn't agree more. I saw enough from Smith to put him in the team over Ikuvalu long term and certainly have seen enough from Suaalii to take that wing spot over Iku.

I thought Smith was excellent for his first game in 690 days - would have liked to see him in as well. Would have liked to have seen Manu stay 5/8 actually and Smith centre. Probably that leaves us short in the general field kicking department though.
