Anyone signed outside the bubble would be in quarantine for 2 weeks - would need to sign someone already in a bubble if they went down that path but maybe changing bubbles would require 2 week quarantine as well ?

Would need to be quick though as the deadline for completing 30 player squad signing's is August 1st
