Both Butcher boys played well and were standouts. But too many had shockers. That was the difference
          Red, White and Bluesters!!!

Rumours that tigers may be offering Egan the number 13 if he wants to leave. Surely having big brother in your ear must help us keep him.

              Money talks
              and a starting position?

Money does talk, but how much value does that hold against learning your craft in a better system at such a young age.

If he remains with us for another 3 years his value will be much higher at the end of his next contract than if he were to go to the tigers and fall prey to their player management.

i can see why they're interested - he's been great the last month but can't see that going to the tigers is a good career move at this stage

I would love to see the Tigers have success but if I was Egan I would stay away from them.

Why can’t teams like the tigers and especially the Warriors develop their own. We do it only for inferior teams to come along and offer big bucks and poach them. Hopefully Egan stays with us. I’m sure NAT would be in his ear, not to mention Teddy.

I'd hate to lose Egan he looks a beauty with a bit of creativity around a tough edge, let's keep him Uncle Nick.

Being in the 17 is just as important and adds longevity to his career. He’s still young and taking Collins as an example , he was on the bench for 3 years before earning a starting spot and reaping the rewards.

How many Nat Butcher threads do we have it seems like if he plays good automatically there is a new one started by his fans and likewise when he is quiet another one pops up, here's a suggestion why not have one titled - The fabulous adventures of Nat Butcher and be done with it

Egan is a must keep especially with Iceman going and the possibility of losing SST middle forwards will be in most important
