Holy hell. What a dog's breakfast of a game. The sort of game that we used to play prior to Cooper Cronk joining us. A very 2017esque sort of win for us.

I thought Radley was the worst player on the field, and Egan Butcher, even with how much I like him, wasn't far behind.
People can criticize Tedesco for over-playing his hand or ball-hogging, but he absolutely needs to do this. He is filling so many different roles and plugging so many holes that it's ridiculous. He doesn't always get it right, but literally no player in the competition can do what he's doing at the moment.

Thought Teddy, Liu and strangely even maybe Copley were our best. Also really pleased with Walker. He isn't setting up trys for fun anymore, but the little parts of his game like defense and last tackle kicking, have improved through the roof.

I'll be glad to never talk about or witness any part of this game again.

HAHAHAHAHA!!! You intentionally missed 2 penalties and the bunker were forced to call on high contact. Sux to be you Klein. Refs aren't supposed to care about the result but after this game we need a shot of Klein crying in the changerooms if we win.

What helped us get that win was Copley staying down in the head high. Thank goodness he was still thinking brincos.

This game showed how important Iceman and SST are to our side.
Both had big games.
If Ice is going, there's no way we should let SST go.

That was an ugly win tonight but we showed our grittiness once again even though we were far from polished. Walker has lost a bit of confidence in his ball playing and I wonder with him carrying injuries whether the season is starting to get a bit long.
Radley has to get back to taking the line on as he is trying to ball play far too much and becoming predictable.
Teddy made a lot of errors but he never stopped trying and I thought Liu was our best on ground tonight.
Take the two points and move on to next week.

Mate seriously, of our preferred 17 at the start of the season we have 7 in their preferred position. Yet we continue to consistently beat almost all the teams outside of the top 4…useless huh?
