Question re ladder

I was watching the eels vs Manly game live on Kayo from 7.30 pm. At about 10 minutes in I decided to check the ladder. In the roosters app it showed Manly on 26 points and same with another NRL app.

But when I checked the official NRL app it showed Manly had played 21 games and was on 28 points. That was 20 minutes before half time. I took a screenshot but couldn’t post it here. On the official NRL app before half time it already showed Manly had the points although they were only leading by 10 points at the time??

As Ben said it's a live ladder.
I was watching it on our game and at half time we were on 29 points as at the time it was 12-12
I like the live ladder, you can see for and against, once Manly scored they were both on 28 points but Manly jumped to 5th because of the better for and against.
