This game on Friday is a bit of a problem and not because they will be favourite to win their #ThreePeet over us, but the possible outcomes of the next 2 rounds. If Robbo wants to show his hand, whatever is left of it, and go all out to try and win it and then go on to win the last round, that will leave us 4th and to meet the Storm in week 1. Manly will be left 5th and assuming they win their week 1, and assuming we lose to the Storm then they will meet us in week 2 and they are only as good as long as Turbo plays. If we finish 5th then it's the reverse with Manly again..If we were to finish 6th, which it might be late now cause I think Parra are putting up their white flag already are going to be 6th, but if we were to finish 6th then we would have met the loser of Penrith Souffs, which on form would have been souffs again for a 2nd time in a few weeks...easier path would have been via 6th place...That Brad Arthurs isn't as dumb as he looks.Last edited by ROC181; 08-23-2021, 02:02 AM.

Give them no ball and they can do jack shit like last game ....All year they have relied on pnalties and 6 agains..the 6 agains are out the window for now..but Bennett will do his usual ref whinge every time he plays that and they will get the penalties. Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

We should have a vote on which Souffs player will be the first one to grab their neck faking a crusher. I’d say either Cody or Murray will be right up there."
Yes, we will be looking at having another of our players suspended just before the finals, and we will go into the semis down on more troops.
Not only that, Souffs will become perfect choir boys this week, and win the penalties 8-1, and the six-agains 6-2 ensuring momentum is turned, and they win..
Annersley will come out after the match for an atrocious Ref ruling against the Roosters , and apologise profusely to the Roosters ,that it was wrong, but nothing will come of it, and it will mean FA.
It can add to his list of highlights this year:
Tedesco coathangered against St George round 1 - no send off.
Hutchinson Knees in the back and hospitalisation vs Eels - - not even a penalty.
JWH sin - binned for holding down vs Penriff -, but Penriff do it & get away scott free
Manu escorted off the ball Vs Saints (Round 2) - Every Roosters fan saw it, Annersley saw it , but the Refs, bunker & channel 9 missed it completely . That illegal play led to a St George try!!!!
All I can say, is those guys putting on the RWB jersey every week, in the face of all this BS , your intestinal fortitude is incredible.
The Roosters do us proud.

This has been our treatment for years but if a Rooster mentions it we are laughed at. We give penalty’s away on purpose.

Did anyone watch the highlights of the Souffs / St George match last night.
Souffs generation next were on show.
Their hooker looks like he should be playing schoolboy football.
And their gun fullback, Taffe?
He was beaten by the Saints 5/8 in a diagonal run to the tryline.
In the next few minutes, Ravalawa gets the ball , runs down the sideline, Taffe comes to him, and Ravalawa has a player in support on the inside.
Ravalawa doesn't even pass the ball, he just swats away the kid like a fly.
If Bennet is serious about putting this kid at fullback next week, the Panthers will massacre him.
