If Fatrell had shown some remorse or care for a former teammate who clearly had a broken cheekbone then it’s a completely differently story.
But the fact that he wanted to keep fighting and showed less than zero care was embarrassing.
I couldn’t care less if he never played in the NRL again.

It’s nights like tonight where I think we’ve probably dodged a bullet with this guy.

This was Souths big year, Wayne Bennett’s last year, Adam Reynolds last year and Latrell has pretty much just written off whatever chance they had with a really reckless act of play. There’s no way he plays again this year if the MRC are consistent.

He’s a loose cannon, paying him top dollar and throwing him the number 1 jumper is always going to be a risk and it will manifest itself in different ways every season but until he learns to control his ego and temper it will always continue to break out in different ways. Ego is healthy, but got to be channeled in the right way.

There's no way anyone in his family gives a toss about what he did tonight. I wonder what odds there will be that we get some story about Latrell calling out racism on instagram in the next few days conveniently turning perception back in his favour

There has to be a second charge on him..refs commentators missed it...when Verills scored he put his elbow forearm across his head on the ground ....latrells was no accident...it was intentional flinched his shoulder directly to his head
