I thought Robbo was particularly brilliant when he mentioned that the bunker must be filled the circus music, streamers etc every time a Rooster player gets hit in the head. In other words, we are deliberately targeted and they really dont care that we know it. This is where we stand or fall gentlemen.

I listen to Talkin Sports nearly every day and I have heard so many times in these last few days Brett Pappworth really giving it to Peranara and saying how he thinks he is useless...I wonder what he'll say next time he's on. Give it to him Toff!

for a long time I annoyed/frustrated by the amount of money being bandied about in our game. Look I don't mind athletes being paid billions of dollars but its has to be in perspective.
Apart from the economics of a false market (which is what the NRL operates in) the pretence of claiming this game is professional and a world leader is glaringly obvious. While many clubs operate at an extremely professional level, many don't. But the officiating of our game and the the subsequent post game components are so far from professional it is laughable.
In reality if you were to base market value of the game on the professionalism, standard and consistency of the referees, judiciary and higher levels of administration, the TV deal would be worth about $1.20 and its been that while for a long time.
The Internet is a place for posting silly things
Try and be serious and you will look stupid

I barely even recognised the sport I use to love. The game peak in the 90’s and has gone down hill since then. My son is 4 and he was suppose to start league next year, but this incident on Joey has change my mind and my wife’s mind on him playing. If they can’t protect the players at the highest level, what chance do park players have in being protected. He will now player soccer & cricket, those sports aren’t perfect but their problems are minimal compare to the problems of Rugby league.
The big difference is that Cricket and Soccer don't have brain dead fools changing the rules constantly and downgrading their productLast edited by SupermanSupportsEasts4Eva; 08-28-2021, 01:08 PM.

What’s new?
Annesley said Fatrell should’ve been sent off and now Perenara has been axed from tonight’s game. Whoopdy doo
Earlier this season we had 4 referees dropped the following week for poor calls and performance against us in a 5 game span.
Blow the whole game up.
Fire V’landys, Abdo, Pearce, Annesley, Maxwell, and every single ref. The game is beyond a joke at this stage and it goes far beyond missing blatant dog shots against us. The NRL is just plain boring with all the blowouts, diving, holding necks, 6 agains, phantom penalties, inconsistency and the list goes on

Agree with everything that has been said. The frustration and anger towards the game and officiating atm is palpable.
Last night, Trent Robinson vindicated ALL of us fans for our incessant calling out of the referees over the years.
Let it be clear now in no uncertain terms that Robbo and the Roosters hierarchy are as aware of the bias against our club as it's fans.
So often many of us have been belittled as conspiracy theorists but last night Robbo - as inscrutable a character as any in our clubs history - unloaded and reaffirmed what we've always believed...
Namely that the NRL and the referees are grossly incompetent and have a clear agenda against the Roosters.
It is only my love of the Roosters that keeps me coming back. The NRL on the other hand can get ****ed now and forever. Last night was the final straw after the final straw.
It's beyond a joke now. It is, as Robbo said, a ****ing circus.

Nick would have encouraged him to speak some home truths following the game and be prepared to pay WHATEVER fine is dished out.
THANK YOU UNCLE NICK
