Don't agree with Kent often, but I agree with that. Also I would say that having seen Joey and Mitchell come to grips a few times since he went to Souths, maybe there's been words from Mitchell to Joey that the Roosters players have all heard on the field, which is why they were up off the bench, knowing it was intentional.

To my observation, it's likely he is Rothfield or Kent's drinking buddy, and he simply got offered a job at the pub at 2am by mistake.
I cannot concieve of any other reason he'd be there.
No insight or genuine analysis, zero personality, a face like a prune that has been punched about 450 times at point blank range.

Latrell is the same player as he was at the Roosters. Devastating power combined with high skill.....but can be a loose cannon. This cost him a semi final spot when playing for us https://wwos.nine.com.au/videos/nrl/...370grxvc54a5fw Thats about as bad as a crusher you can get. Did he mean it or was he trying to seriously injure Dugan?? No way- but he was at fault. He got off very lightly-just 1 game
Same with the Manu incident- no way did he mean to seriously injure Manu, but he was at fault, it was reckless and if he goes into tackles in the same manner it may pay off 9 out of 10 times but the 1 time a player falls slightly into the tackle then you're going to get the same outcome. He thus far hasn't shown any remorse, he thinks he has done nothing wrong- if thats so and he continues in the same style his NRL days are numbered.

I wouldn’t say that Latrine meant to put Joey in hospital because they ‘are good mates’…. However good mates, brothers, family members anybody can harbour subconscious resentment towards someone that they’re supposed to be close to. The fact that Latrell wasn’t shown the same ‘love’ by the club and made all the fuss so he would stay while at the same time upgrading Manu and heaping all the praise towards him for his form by Robbo and others, meanwhile Latrell coping shit about his inability to be considered a good fullback may have been a tipping point with him and at a time when Joey was beginning to stretch his legs in the game, Latrells subconscious took over and smashed Joey in his best opportunity.
This is all hypothetical of course, but for those that say that it would never happen because ‘they’re good mates’ is just not open to the possibility that it was meant to happen. We know from experience that Latrell can be moody and becomes irrational at times and if he wanted to show Nick & Robbo that he is better than Joey, then smashing into him would have been a way…besides how often has anyone seen Latrell run that fast and hard in defence? Not I!
