Does anyone know why he hasn't been getting a run ?
I know he has made some mistakes , but I thought he looked pretty good and would be good with a bit of coaching ?

Seems to have been on the outer since his altercation with Jai Arrow earlier in the season. Maybe Robbo's way of teaching him a lesson.

Only 9 appearances and all from the bench and not playing a lot of minutes either - 21/28/9/20/3/23/32/14 and 4 - Last Game vs Storms in round 16 - 4 minutes only.

When extended bench ( Thomas ) and development contracted players (Whyte/ Hau Tapuha) are being selected ahead of him there must be reason or a problem

I suspect he will be looking for a new club at the end of the season. Just speculation but a young talented big body has to be doing something wrong not to get a run this year.

I think the punch to arrows head while probably deserved is not the Roosters way. I believe what Robbo has done to our culture is one of the main reasons for our success under him and that act was very much against that culture and so robbo then requires you to earn back your position and right to play. He was given a few chances after but didn’t really impress. Quite a few ahead of him even with the injuries at the moment

Maybe just being re-programmed as per tackling style.

I was thinking he may not have responded well to being disciplined but just guessing.

My best guess is that his being out of favour was caused by the Arrow punch, as some others have mentioned. He seemed to really struggle to get named in the side after that.
I also think the fact that some guys have been given a shot and gone really well has made it tough for him.

I can't say I'm too upset about it though. I know he had limited time, but I can't say he impressed me when he played. Certainly a big, aggressive unit though.

Done diddly squat was his opportunities tbh. The other debutants have impressed instead.

                    Punched Arrow in the head?
                    Sign him up!

This goody-two-shoes policy of ours is ok up to a point, but sometimes stronger measures are needed.

BIG, AGGRESSIVE, young unit...just what we need...he can stop Mitchell, no one else we have does.

3 premierships And as uncle nick said on roosters radio many more to come. We’ll look back at this season as contributing to multiple premierships and it’s all down to robbo and the culture and team he has built…. TIT!

It is definitely related to the punch on Arrow....it wasn't hard enough!

he's the season's biggest disappointment - he was marked for our best 17 even before collins and cordner went down but he hasn't developed. still, baker and ebutch have done well to get ahead of him
