I'm not against carrying both Watson and Hutch on the bench year. But it probably won't be my first preference. With a fit Rads and Gus playing long mins I don't see why we would have two utilities on the bench.

Considering the pack we have (assuming SST stays) at this stage my first choice for next year would be

I put out an opinion on a player that seems to be agreed upon with most this forum. Comparatively, old mate was being critical of a poster on this platform. ''If you haven’t seen his potential this year you seriously haven’t got a clue.'' Not sure that's the nicest thing to say to someone who's put up a thread purely for interaction purposes only to be belittled. Don't get the two mixed up.

It makes no sense to me that you put an opinion on a player in what seemed very critical and negative....in a thread praising one of our other boys, after we have had a terrific victory. Just don't see the point.

And "most on the forum" seems dubious or at least overestimating some footy IQs.

Certainly carried that passenger Lam tonight. Assuming Walker was simply rested for next weeks first final game, because Lam, as per, has had a stinker. Such a nothing player and can’t believe there were people in here wanting him ahead of Walker. Laughable, if it wasn’t for his Dad he wouldn’t even be playing A grade park footy.

It has been a great effort by Hutch. He has really done well and improved throughout the season. I think he is a genuine first grader and an awesome back up half. Lets face it, most clubs need at least one extra half who has some quality. I think there is a place for him in the squad long-term unless he prefers to try his luck with another team at some point.

Between Hutch and Walker, it seems that Hutch gets more involved with kicking in play and maybe even organising.
I can see Hutch working well with Keary - Hutch 7, Keary 6.
That said Keary prefers the left, Hutch also prefers the left and Walker prefers the right.
