Guy has been very good all year. Had no idea why people were deathriding him earlier on. Played a cracker tonight, and is really kicking on into another gear at the back end of the season. Really, really happy for him.

Nat is great in defense but that’s only half the game. I still think he offers little in attack and shows little aggression.

I appreciate his defence up the middle infinitely more when I see 4 barge over trys by opposition forwards in the space of two weeks.

He's not flashy, but his value to the team is still immense imo.

When you look at our 2018-2019 title run it was our amazing defence that won us the big games. And Butcher plays his role enormously in that respect.

It's your Pangai's that look flashy vs the Titans and Tigers in the regular season, but it's your Nat Butcher's that'll win you the big games as we saw in the 2019 GF.

Hutch showed up Wighton tonight in the battle of the 6ers in yet another fall from grace by the reigning Dally M player of the year, he has been awful this year.

I have to be honest and pay credit where it is due.

I was one of those calling for his head at the start of the year. My thoughts on him as a player have completely changed. I can't thank him enough for the year he has given us fans.
Win, lose or draw he has definitely helped our team be in the position they are at the end of the season.
